Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I just saw a new thread that says that Terri's father is correcting the priest that earlier came out and told the protestors/supporters at the hospice to go home---

Mr. Shindlers said he meant for them to go to Easter services with their families, but that the family "needs" the people to keep their 24 hour vigil in front of the hospice...just thought ya'll might want to know...

I'm not formerly patriotic. I'm sad and angered because I'm still patriotic about what this country is supposed to mean. But not that patriotic about the government that stood by while the concept of a constitutional republic was done away with.

An attorney for the Schindlers, Barbara Weller, said hospice workers began giving morphine to Schiavo to ease pain brought on by her body's failure.

I don't know how the writer of this article could have kept a straight face. Terri supposedly doesn't feel any pain.

Another thing that Felos kept doing during the press conference, was to talk about poor, poor Michael and and "all that he has been through"--talking about the abuse he has taken, the death threats, and having to spend so much time with the legal stuff instead of at Terri's side..

Yep... I've been concerned about our domestic enemies for some time now.... in fact it's funny.. my father always said if the communists wanted to take this country down, it wouldn't be an obvious invasion of our borders, they could do it from the inside, in the blink of an eye.
