Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I agree, but Jeb was so panic-stricken on TV tonight, we will never know. Jeb was thinking of himself, not poor Terri, in the remarks uttered on CNN. But that's what politicians do, isn't it? Jeb even looked mean on the clip from what I could tell. He was angry with Greer presumably but was saying his hands were tied, despite what the Thomas More people claim.

Oh, Father God, it is so heart-breaking to us to hear that Terri is still trying to communicate and is in obvious distress. How much more heart-breaking it must be to her mother's heart.

Please comfort Terri, Lord. Somehow relieve her distress. Give her grace to endure to the end. May she feel Your comforting presence all through the dark night ahead.

And give Your unexplainable peace and comfort to her mother and family as well, Lord. Carry them through this.

We thank You and praise You. Please bring good out of this, as You have promised. And if it still is Your will to raise her up, we pray that You will do so soon and bring relief to Terri and her family.

We pray these things in Jesus' Name, and by His blood. Amen.

Though I don't agree that had he stepped in it would have caused a Constitutional Crisis as some say, that IMO is an exaggeration.

We are ALREADY in the middle of a Constitutional crisis. Jeb did nothing to rectify it. He handed over the legitimate power of the executive branch to a runaway judiciary. He forked it over on a silver platter. This is going to reverberate onto the Federal scene.

Jeb has no character or guts. He violated his oath of office by not defending the Constitution. He has no moral right to continue as Governor.

When the truth about corruption within Florida hits the fan, he'll be disgraced, because he permitted the evidence (Terri) to be destroyed. And that's exactly what he deserves.

It's easy to "press flesh" and dance at an Inaugural Ball, but where the rubber hits the road is in his living out the Oath of Office that he *swore* to God.

What all did he say? anything other than he has done all he can?

Judge Greer is in contempt of court himself, for refusing to allow Congressional subpeonas to be served on Terri Schiavo and her so-called husband, Michael. Judge Greer must be reigned in now, and you are the only one who can do it for Terri's sake.

And Terri's dying, instead.

I have a strong feeling Terri will die tomorrow, so does my dad! I am going to have a hard time at church in the morning knowing Terri is laying in a bed trying to breathe and starving to death!

My brother called and was frustrated that I wouldn't go out to dinner with him today. My Mother called and asked me to go to dinner tomorrow, I explained that I was sick to my stomach at the thought of looking at all the "happy diners" when Terri was starving. She understood.
