Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
I'm also thinking about the Constitution Party, myself. Have been a Republican since I was 18.

Here you are: http://constitutionparty.org
Yet a couple of people on FR have actually accused me of being from the DU (I;ve never been on their Web site) and have gone into a hysterics because I support Terri's right to live. (Possibly they are Michael or Felos or their supporters lurking here.)
I don't understand why so many strangers, with no apparent vested interests, are in such frenzy to have her die. She could easily have been saved.
2008 might be too soon to hope for, but the party is gaining strength daily.
Why? Because their hearts are black as dirt.
Florida Republicans need to get a simple message:
Welll, you heard what Anna's nurse said: She wasn't REALLY screaming because she was in pain. She was too old and demented to really know what screaming in pain was all about. Just disregard: she's fine, just fine.
Well after this, I am sure you are going to see a MAJOR swing in events.
I'll say this: Don't let anyone tell you that you're "wasting your vote." The only "wasted" vote is where you do not vote your conscience. It does no good whatsoever to vote for those with rhetoric who obviously do not have the courage of their convictions. To me... that's "wasting your vote."
I have been searching all day for an insirational photo to put on here for everyone, and I've found soemthing even better. Please turn on your volume and click on the link below. May this bless each and every one of you.

My plan is to support the Constitution Party to the hilt. If push came to shove and it was a toss up between a Republican and a Democrat in a national election, after carefully and thoroughly checking the Republican's background, I'd vote Republican. But I no longer believe in the Republican party. I will never, ever forget W and Jeb wussing out. Never.
Excellent questions to ask our doctors. Thank you.
Knitting said: "But we need Bush and the Senate to change the judiciary."
Yes, the judiciary is a sorry mess. But realize this: the reason the judiciary was able to get by with this can be laid directly at the feet of two men: the president and the governor. Read the first several paragraphs of this to see: http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=43472
As far as the Republican party being the only place to make a difference....it has been infiltrated with liberals just like the Democrat party has been. To be sure, there are some good representatives in the Republican party, but here's the keeper: Support THOSE men, NOT the Republican party in general!
When the Repubs call me for money, I tell them no thanks - that I give only to Republicans or whoever supports the unborn babies. That's it. It's really simple. You don't have to be part of a party to do what is right.
The defining moment will be when the Republican Party decides to either go after the crooks or defend them. If they go after the crooks, the Democrats will likely defend the crooks and soon the Democrats will be a memory. But if the Republicans defend the crooks, then they will be the "former" party.
Terri is going to die than and no one is going to stop it. Sorry, but if I was Terri's parents at this point I'd be doing something illegal, but they are so nice they will just sit back and hold their daughters hands and pray for mercy. That is what we all will do and should do!
What makes me even more mad is that it is clear that this is all about Medicare Fraud and cover ups between Judge Greer, Felos, etc.. but I don't think even after Terri dies that there will ever be investigations, nothing! Everyone has washed their hands of this and no on cares except for us who have no legal power to help TERRI.
Ditto
Judge eternal, throned in splendor, Lord of lords and King of kings,
With thy living fire of judgment Purge this land of bitter things;
Solace all its wide dominions With the healing of thy wings.
Crown, O God, thine own endeavor; Cleave our darkness with thy sword;
Feed thy faint and hungry people With the richness of thy Word;
Cleanse the body of this nation Through the glory of the Lord.
Amen
Scoop1 won't let it come to that, Halls...it's not going away.
