Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Actually, the ball is in the one's court who claims he's slandered. The onus is upon him to prove that what is said is a lie.

Nope; we're stating truths.
Michael Schiavo/Felos claims they're not. LET THEM PROVE THE "LIES."

God little childrens being arrested on our holiest day for having water. A martyr is born as the entire world watches the HORROR in front of them.
They(Satan forces) HATE GOD,and have taken control of this nation, but never forget GOD IS GREAT, and in the end GOD true people will live in PARADISE.
These are the end times we see....., and it's no wonder the HOLY MOTHER MARY apparition appeared in Clearwater, Florida
, and the FATIMA messages connect with this major worldwide event on the most HOLIEST of days....The dots are connected !

Well, let's see, there's about 200 news tapes loaded with slander and accusations.
To say nothing about the threads and posts.
Including Delay's remarks on the House floor.
That's good for starters......I'd say.

and now Euthinasia!.....And this isn't even euthanasia, polly. I just saw someone, I think the ambassador from the Netherlands, saying that in his country, the first criterion for euthansia to be performed is the patient's consent.
We've taken this to a whole new depth. This is the active killing of a person without their consent!
Didn't I read somewhere that "mercy killing" is illegal?
How we must look now in the eyes of the world, not to mention in the eyes of God.
To: the Deejay
Felos, Greer and schiavo are well aware of what's being said about them. I welcome them to attempt to prove slander. You know, discovery and all.

"Our Heavenly Father is aware of even a sparrow that falls in flight. "
I had a miracle yesterday when two of my cats returned home. One had been missing a week, the other was missing for a month. He was so skinny. I thought of Terri.
"Most Loving Heavenly Father, I know that you don't need bargaining to trade one miracle for another. I can't 'trade' my cats for Terri.
"Please, Lord, perform another miracle in the life of Terri."

We must continue to tell the truth. It is a great weapon against evil. Yes, as long as we continue to trumpet the truth, then we don't feel helpless and useless and without power. We are effective agents of change, even though we may not see any results right now!

Yes, if the President, in particular, has a good reason to stay uninvolved, we'd all like to hear it. It might remedy the confusion, resentment, mystification and outright rage that's directed toward him. I don't like to criticize him but I do feel we are owed a bit more communication than we've gotten from the President.
Jeb Bush is another matter. If what we're hearing is true, he's ignoring his duty on two fronts: there's a disabled woman being murdered, and rumblings of an insurrection. Three if you count a judge ordering euthanasia, which is illegal in Florida. If Jeb Bush will not discipline LE, will not have a judge arrested, and will not rescue a woman being openly murdered, Jeb Bush is culpable beyond any doubt, and should be impeached.

Let them prove it's slander.
We welcome depositions.
We welcome testimony of witnesses.
We welcome T.V. & TAPE RECORDINGS.
We welcome medical records opened. The Courts can unseal them.
We welcome nurses, doctors, caregivers, girlfriends taking the stand.
Let Michael Schaivo/Felos prove there's any slander.

Judge Roy Moore (of the 10 Commandments) said the other day that this is already a constitutional crisis between 2 branches of govt, and Jeb Bush should go ahead and force the issue, because it has to be dealt with eventually.
To: TruthSetsUFree
Just proof that voting him out doesn't clean up the messes he made, isn't it.
