Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Michael didn't want Terri to take Italian lessons, would check mileage, would call Terri bad names, didn't want her to spend money.

Frances calls Scott, MS's brother, a liar for saying the Schindlers told MS to move on.
MS is a different person today than he was before that malpractice trial.
He was a sniveling wimp before the trial, but after, when he realized he had the power, he was a different person.

Lord we beg you to break the heart of Greer tonight and realize that he has made a huge mistake and stop Terri's death! Please God we ask you to send your Angels to fight the evil one that is over Greer now. Take over God! Stop the evil doing tonight!
We also ask you to finally make Jeb Bush realize that he has to intervene! Lord we beg you to make him see he is there only hope and to do something before it is to late! Please Save Terri!
