Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Just e-mailed him again! That number was wrong or something. Told himt hat if he didn't go in and get Terri now she will die likely by tonight! Isn't that nice!

Widmchime - in your post on Soros, the sentence about his mother being a member of the Hemlock Society leaped out at me. In addition, I believe I remember reading somewhere that his father collaborated with the Nazis, but I'm not sure in what capacity....
Sorry, the Bush's could have done something here! They bowed down to the Judicial system when they have as much power as them! I am Conservative, but first and formost I am a Christian and the only leader I trust is Christ!

I agree, she won't make it through the night! I am so mad right now! I can't believe OUR leaders are letting this women be murdered and are doing nothing to get her out! there will never be an excuse that is good enough for me to explain why they didn't get her!
It's a horrid spectacle but it does seem that we are reduced to simply praying and waiting now. I can't wrap my mind around this. Unbelievable... not one single human being in a position of power who would help her.

I heard it as well, Sekulow said the police and medical personnel were on the way to get Terri and someone tipped of fGeorge Felos. They said it was reported by St PeteTimes...trying to find it now...
Who tipped off Felos? It would have to have been someone high up. Crist?

I've voted every time too.. Now they've had elections in Iraq and that was supposed to be a biggie. A county judge has thumped the noses of the ones I helped elect and is allowed to do it. I'm thinking my voting was a waste of time and no big deal for the Iraq's either.
Just think of all the money [in salaries]that would be saved if we just get rid of all electees except the judges.

Maybe Bush should appeal on the rights of animals PETA maybe they re term it and call it HETA. Open up a sub facility for unwanted individuals. I mean, hey an animal gets rights because it moves and breaths. We don't have to be able to communicate with it to be humane to it. Does an animal ask for life? NO, It's protected by the humane society automatically untill/unless someone comes to adopt it....
