I have anxiety issues and I don't do well talking to people I don't know, but I gave it my best shot, even though I was shaking and felt like I was going to throw up.

Read the entire law. Sadly it provides only temporary removal. Then you have an evidentiary hearing in front of Greer. If Bush does do that, then the only thing Greer would do is hold his hearing and have the tube repulled out and then schedule a contempt hearing.

Well said. I've heard before that many judges are hard to read and play devil's advocate.

Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Robert Bork are my favorite judges.

Sandra Day O'Connor is from my state...that's all I'll say about her.

OH this is just awful. I had heard that if he went by the law, he would probably HAVE to order the tubes reinserted. No one, abides by the laws any more. Well I know that God is holding Mary and Bob Schindler in His care.

Bobby Schindler is excellent on TV and has a good sense of how to answer questions. So does Suzanne. I am most IMPRESSED by both of them. AND they do well under such trying circumstances. GOD BLESS THEM!!! They do Terri PROUD!

Regarding Gibbs....

Some are wondering if he was over his head, etc.

I heard Jay Sekulow earlier on Sean Hannity talking about how the lawyers fouled up this case early on and you know what I thought?

You scum. Where were you in those early days? Was there not enough payment for you?

And here you have the unmitigated gall to tell the entire nation that a lawyer who gave his all in sacrifice to this family - undoubtedly at lowered cost - did not do his job well?

This was a unique case with highly unusual characteristics. I can guarantee that any lawyer handling this would have shown his humanity at some point. All of us make mistakes. But a mistake made with a good heart is forgiven in my mind.

I know a bit about Sekulow and he's a snake in disguise. Think about what I'm saying. Why did he jump onto the news at the last minute with this and say all these negative things about a fellow Christian lawyer?

Competition for his law firm?

I don't know his reasons, but I do not respect Sekulow's character.

And it grieves me seeing a lawyer who sacrificed as much as Gibbs did - being maligned now.

You know he probably hurts very deeply over Terri's condition right now - or he would not have taken this volatile case to begin with.

How I wish more people would spread what I'm sharing here....
