I'm actually surprised they even allow any sort of competitiveness or games to be played in San Francisco these days,,,someone might get offended!
San Fran isn't even 49 square miles... actual city limits are pretty small...
I once attended a soccer game in Golden Gate Park. 4th grade girls. I was cheering for my goddaughter from the sidelines and was told not to do so. You can only imagine what I told the parent who admonished me not to do so.
Yeah, right, there's no competition in the real world.

looks like the middle finger is still a viable option.
When you outlaw handshakes, only outlaws will handshake. (sorry, someone always does it so i figured why not :) )
Can they still do the 2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate... chant, or is that intolerant of kids who can't count???
This is not the only city that this is banned. It is an issue several other places as well. It is unfortunate.

This is really interesting because if I remember correctly, mandatory handshaking was instituted when I was a kid because it was thought we should be good sports. It was the LAST thing we kids wanted to do.

These must be Republican league bosses; aren't the Republicans the ones who prevent communications?
This problem extends beyond simple handshaking after a game. The competitiveness of many Americans these days stretches too far. To the point where they cannot compete or disagree without being enemies. Take the last election as an example. I literally saw Dems and Reps who were great friends and co-workers literally stop talking because of their politcal differences. Is this direction we want to be heading? I think not.
The Kentucky version has always been "Chewin' tobacco, chewin' tobacco, spit, spit, spit. If you ain't for the (fill in respective mascot name here), yer full of sh*t!"
