Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Pacer charges 8 cents a page but you don't get sent a bill until the bill goes over $10. If it never does... no bill.

OK. What I was saying is that the information is on the 11th's docket but it is the file information from the District Court.

Maybe?

Ok, go back to Friday....when they were taking out Terri's tube at 1 p.m. before that an emergency injunction was filed by Gibbs to stop this effort, this was heard by fed. district court (same court as Whittemore) justice Moody. It was denied and the tube was removed, so then an appeal was made and that is what I think is on the 11th circuit right now, I may be wrong as I am not able to see the actual order, but I know that was something that had already been filed and not yet answered.

He is upset about all the awful things people say about Michael, when Michael has been at Terri's side day in and day out.

I can't take this...

Sitting here just waiting to hear something on both Terri and my Grandma....

My mother told me earlier today that it was a matter of hours for my grandma.... but she said my uncle was holding her hand and told her it was okay to give up, and she SQEEZED his hand back and shook her head NO!

I LOVE HER! GOD I LOVE HER! I hate that I can't be by her side telling her she can do it, and she is surrounded by those that have given up on her... I am still praying for a miracle......

AND WAITING TO HEAR ABOUT TERRI.....

My heart just can't take this....

Just a baseless hunch, but I have a better feeling about this court.

No--because it goes back to the same decision of whether or not the appeal is credible and will work. It always goes back to that.

Prayers at this junction may not be enough. Affirmative action by the people may be required.

Only a massive active showing of the people at the hospice can save Terri.

The politicians and the parties cannot be trusted. They've been lulling and stalling us until it was too late. Today may already be too late as hours and not days are of the essence now. So, stop seeking a political solution to a human issue. You can't solve a problem with the same minds that created the problem in the first place.

There are times when action must be let loose from its bounds. This is one of those times.

God bless Terri and her loving parents and siblings. And God bless those who fought to save her life.

The struggle continues...

I am getting a little suspicious that the court is trying to stall, hope she dies before they make a ruling, so they won't have the stigma of "killing Terri"--they can say it is no their fault that they "ran out of time"....

Is any one else thinking what I am thinking?

He obviously hasn't been at Terri's side day in and day out or he wouldn't have had another wife and kids in the wings!

Ohhhh, THAT judge. OK...now I see.

But since then, the Congress passed that law and now it is/was in the hands of Whettmore (supposed to be de novo), so Moody's ruling is moot.

If there's a silver lining in all of this, The Whitehouse email server is overloaded, as is myflorida.com., Jeb Bush's contact.

This is no average subject!

On the negative side, several call in people on talk shows
don't believe all this, saying it's just TOO incredible!
