Ok, go back to Friday....when they were taking out Terri's tube at 1 p.m. before that an emergency injunction was filed by Gibbs to stop this effort, this was heard by fed. district court (same court as Whittemore) justice Moody. It was denied and the tube was removed, so then an appeal was made and that is what I think is on the 11th circuit right now, I may be wrong as I am not able to see the actual order, but I know that was something that had already been filed and not yet answered.

Ohhhh, THAT judge. OK...now I see.

But since then, the Congress passed that law and now it is/was in the hands of Whettmore (supposed to be de novo), so Moody's ruling is moot.
