And you know this how?
Right, was it the Gettysburg address Terri was reciting or the Constitution? But it was her little secret with Terri? No one else, right? Gee, such a witness. Why would Mr. Gibbs, the parents' attorney, not put such a witness on the stand? Could it be because he didn't feel comic relief and complete paranoia would help his case?
Ah, but you know better than he does, don't you? Oh wait a minute. I see it clearly now. What the parents' really need is a lawsuit for legal malpractice against Mr. Gibbs for failing to put this killer witness on the stand. And you could be their expert witness. I'll come and watch.
I disagree.
Michael Schiavo's lawyer, George Felos, has said on TV that Terri's money is all gone.
So this is what is apparent
Who do you think they borrowed their platform from? The eugenics movement started in America.
That's your bag honey, not mine. You hide behind the postings to sound credible. I'm just pointing out the selectiveness of your postings.
Again I am waiting for you to post his rulings and your ensuing justification of same....
I disagree: I think MRS will become an icon of the euthanasia movement. He might even change his party registratation if his Republican sheriff employer will let him. Look for him to start lecturing around the country on the advantages of euthanasia. He will be as popular as Margaret Sanger or Gloria Steinem. And I think he is beginning to bask in his national popularity: here's the man who pulled off the perfect crime though it took seven years!
Margaret Sanger, the abortion icon, was also in the eugenics movement, I remember now.
Wexler is the first Jewish Nazi in America, based on his anti-Terri position.
Mr. Pearse was the guardian ad litem appointed on June 11, 1998. He filed his final report on December 30, 1998. He was not fired. He did not say the husband was unreasonable. He said merely that the husband was aggressive with nursing staff to insure the best treatment for his wife. Mr. Pearse commended the husband for it. He was not replaced by Judge Greer. Judge Greer declined to appoint another guardian at litem. The Court of Appeal specifically approved that decision of Judge Greer's.
I know you want to be in the running for the most mistakes in a single sentence, and you have made a good start here. But others around here have more experience at misstating the record than you. Sorry.
You want to prove a point, post something that supports your position.
However, he's taking her ashes to Pennsylvania.
Greer signed an order on request from HINO to IMMEDIATELY CREMATE HER WHEN SHE DIES EVEN THOUGH FLORIDA LAW SAYS YOU HAVE TO WAIT 48 HOURS!
They probably won't even wait until she is offically dead. I hope HINO isn't the one to make that call! That bitch is just about dead. Fire up the oven and throw her in prior, since she can't feel a thing!
The next thing the NYT will be writing about is what a peaceful death cremation for the semi-dead, mostly starved is.
To paraphrase Teresa Heinz Kerry,
"Those eugenics guys sound unAmerican to me."
Yes, but most of them are called New Yorkers. Terri is one of the few who can't because her brain has largely been replaced by spinal fluid. That would be the difference. Analytically speaking, of course.
The German courts were very deliberate as well.
Listen to me, no matter what HINO is doing to Terri God knows about it!!! He will not let Schiavo get away with this. There will be justice for Terri, if not here on this earth, but after Schiavo dies, which I hope will be soon! Maybe he will step out into the road tomorrow and get hit by a very large truck! Well, we all can wish.
"They probably won't even wait until she is offically dead."
Now you're not even making sense. Perhaps it's time to take a break....
