They are referring, I believe, to the position of guardian ad litem. This gentleman was fire after complaining that MS was "unreasonable" -- and Greer took over the position.

Mr. Pearse was the guardian ad litem appointed on June 11, 1998. He filed his final report on December 30, 1998. He was not fired. He did not say the husband was unreasonable. He said merely that the husband was aggressive with nursing staff to insure the best treatment for his wife. Mr. Pearse commended the husband for it. He was not replaced by Judge Greer. Judge Greer declined to appoint another guardian at litem. The Court of Appeal specifically approved that decision of Judge Greer's.

I know you want to be in the running for the most mistakes in a single sentence, and you have made a good start here. But others around here have more experience at misstating the record than you. Sorry.

You are presumptuous and arrogant to take on Winston Churchill as a screen name, but that characterization is obvious from your posts, which are gratuitously sarcastic, especially to other Freepers. This forum is not designed for the relief of posters' bitterness.

Furthermore, your manner is not only unpleasant but deceptive. There have been a succession of guardians ad litem, at least two were appointed more recently than 1998. Why you respond with old, irrelevant facts is clear only to you.
