Mr. Pearse was the guardian ad litem appointed on June 11, 1998. He filed his final report on December 30, 1998. He was not fired. He did not say the husband was unreasonable. He said merely that the husband was aggressive with nursing staff to insure the best treatment for his wife. Mr. Pearse commended the husband for it. He was not replaced by Judge Greer. Judge Greer declined to appoint another guardian at litem. The Court of Appeal specifically approved that decision of Judge Greer's.
