Why haven't the feds shutdown that hospice for the $14.8 million they have owed the Government since 1997?

Why is the feds suing over this financial manner?

Can't they just take over the hospice for the illegal Medicare, Medicaid payments they stole from taxpayers?

I'm sure if the feds came in they would eventually discover a lot more criminal activity at that hospice, after all that scumbag Felos was on the board their for years before being forced to resign due to his conflict on interest in this case.

I'd like to know who he was. I think we can easily make the point by calling and emailing Congress Critters and letting them know that Hospice Woodside wasn't filing fraudulent is part of the problem he mentioned.

The Empire Journal found that the hospice owes over $14,000,000 to the gov't for fradulent claims. They didn't even get a doc sig on the paperwork admitting Terri to hospice.

A Clinton appointee in the middle district of FL, by name of Whittmore, has stayed up all night reading everything that came in to him, meanwhile refusing to reinsert the feeding tube first.

It's good to play 'devil's advocate'. You are doing a very good job of being objective.

Now, I'll put on the prosecuter's hat [not a lawyer though].

I've been asking people, "Did his tone shift as though he were role-playing the parents?"

If his tone shifted, then yes, he was imitating them and 'role-playing' what they would say.

If not, then I believe he was spouting off about his thoughts without carefully thinking back about what lies he needs to remember. Regardless of what was said previously,
he has 'her wishes' on his mind. It's a flowing conversation.

It almost seems to me that Larry King jumped in and changed the subject to cover for him.

I hope you did not conclude that I have no faith. Just trying to keep up with and comment on the situation, and there is no excuse in my view for the FL Federal judge to deny her hydration while he reads the legal papers. And wondering what the family thinks is really going on...

Moody, another Clinton appointee, was the judge that was assigned and turned down the emergency appeal on Friday before the feeding tube was removed. He had sited the Federal Court didn't have jurisdiction at that time.
