I'd like to know who he was. I think we can easily make the point by calling and emailing Congress Critters and letting them know that Hospice Woodside wasn't filing fraudulent is part of the problem he mentioned.
The Empire Journal found that the hospice owes over $14,000,000 to the gov't for fradulent claims. They didn't even get a doc sig on the paperwork admitting Terri to hospice.
I briefly heard and glimpsed some Rep talking in that vein, though not the exact quote. My impression was that it might have been Mel Watt of North Carolina. Will not swear to it, though.
I wrote down all the names. Was he from Michigan? I think so.....
