Could the implants in Terri's brain be responsible for the fluid build up, if in fact there is one. Dr Hammesfahr said not only is there a fluid buildup aroung the implant but it's also pinching her cortex and it needs to be removed. I was told it's the white spot in her CAT scan. The scan is posted in the link below.
Do we have a RADIOLOGIST on the board?

I don't know. This is the order of things.
This is what has to happen for the Federal Court to start this process from the beginning.
I don't like it, you don't like it, but we have to hold on still. Things will be OK?
This case will not be decided on the tails of greer but will have its own fresh start with a judge who I think will give more attention to the various laws and right violated.
Let's hang in there.

Yes, you are right. I would also say that he should have instered the tube UNLESS HE IS A BY THE BOOK JUDGE WHO INSISTS THAT THE INJUNCTION BE FILED FIRST.
Remember...the new law only opens the door for the Schindlers to go to Federal Court. It did not specifically say that the tube should be inserted.
People, I have been one of Terri's biggest supporter and killers of death-camp trolls.
But we have to go through this the right way. Look at the mess greer, felos et all have made of this in the local courts.
