What I don't understand: WHY DID IT HAVE TO GO TO THIS JUDGE FIRST????? Is the Atlanta Court ONLY for appeals??

I don't know. This is the order of things.

This is what has to happen for the Federal Court to start this process from the beginning.

I don't like it, you don't like it, but we have to hold on still. Things will be OK?

This case will not be decided on the tails of greer but will have its own fresh start with a judge who I think will give more attention to the various laws and right violated.

Let's hang in there.

Yes, the Atlanta court is for appeals. That's the one former AL Attorney General Bill Pryor sits on with the recess appointment.
