Terri's fight had amounts of her money ($700,00 in trust) that was spent and why. It also said that Greer ok'd using her trust money to pay Felos et al.
NOTE: In his November 1993 Petition Schiavo alleges the 1993 guardianship asset balance as $761,507.50

Scoop has been writing articles re Terri for a while now. You need to go to www.theempirejournal.com and catch up.
Scoop has followed the money and I'm sure if there's more to find that Scoop will be the one to find it. It's unbelievable what's been uncovered so far.

Really? I thought the A was for apesh!t. I've been to Pinellas County. They had a stench there on Alt 19 worse than anything I ever sniffed along the Jersey Turnpike. It was from an ape farm, thus "Apesh!t Alley." :o)

Medicaid approval also will depend on the value of the car and the value of the home. They also take into consideration a person's assets, life insurance policies, IRA, any investments, etc.

If only the press would report the money trail from Terri's rehab money to Michael Schiavo's lawyers' big pockets. It would make a different in public opinion. As in PEOPLE WOULD BE FURIOUS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!

I think I read somewhere that there is still some money left in her trust fund too. This case is bizarre and badly in need of a thorough investigation.

I am really trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.
He wants to make sure everything is in order, and it is right for him to review the information.
Maybe the review will make him sick seeing what has been done and not done to Terri.
He also knows the Atlanta Federal Court is getting it if he decides against Terri.
We should all pray and hope that he will do the right thing.
