I still say the Mercedes must be the Felos vehicle. Meanwhile, let us hope Terri gets a lawyer to run down those expenses...and maybe sue Jodi for alienation of affection.
I will be praying during the hearing.
With this law passed I thought that this new judge has to hear a new case for Terri Schiavo, but is that true? Can he just dismiss this whole thing and do nothing for Terri? I'm getting scared!
not only it was NOT signed, and therefore not legal, but was she officially 'found' by the court to be in a vegetative state on the date that form was created?

IN the absence of disease is it possible for parts of the brain to disappear? IOW Felos and gang keep saying Terri's cerebral cortex has been replaced by fluid. I've been googling a bit and hydranancephaly is described as a neonatal event.
* In the US: Hydranencephaly occurs in fewer than 1 in 10,000 births.
* Internationally: Hydranencephaly occurs in fewer than 1 in 10,000 births.
Since no one has had access to Terri's records and we know Greer, Felos aren't honest, and they could just as easily used a pic from a med school book as opposed to a real xray.
These are my questions...
Is it possible to have your cerebral cortex turn to liquid as a result of lack of oxygen to the brain?
Could the implants in Terri's brain be responsible for the fluid build up, if in fact there is one.
If he does that, it gets appealed to Atlanta immediately.

Laura Ingraham read an email this morning (from Wendy?) that was a very clear and concise summary of the case.
In what seemed like less than a minute, that email laid out the key facts and countered most of the untruths by those who wish to let Michael do what he sees fit.
Does anyone here know who sent that email? Is there a hard copy available? I thought it was brilliant -- exactly what I've been trying to say to those in my own family that I have not yet been able to reach.
Please, if someone has a copy of that email, or a transcription of Laura's reading, please post it to me.
Please ping those who might know how to find the author. At the least, she deserves many kudos at least from me.

I'd be careful about waving around that admittance paper as evidence of anything. It could be just an unsigned copy. Where did they get it? What's its provenance?
LOL! You've been posting so long for Terri, I thought you were already on the ping list! Did you used to be on someone else's like sweet liberty's or kimmie7's?
I'm sure than in Atlanta I wonder what would happen? Hopefully it won't go that far, but if it does is that a good thing? Is the Curcuit Court in Atlanta made up of Republicans who think Terri should live?

How could the doc certify that Terri's life expectancy was to be less than 6 months during the time the trial was ongoing for the feeding tube removal?
Almost sounds as IF *someone* was privy to what the Judge's decision was going to be.

I don't think so. I think she was at Sable Palms or Palm Gardens before Woodside.
Is she suffering increased brain damage right now? We will NEVER KNOW. They blew it. They closed a big bear trap on themselves. I wish they hadn't. Terri's body is their bear trap. It's a sick, self-infliced wound. How many books will be written about this if she fails to recover?
The more her body and mind deteriorates, the more difficult it will be for anyone to find closure, even if she lives. How much damage is due to a judge not wanting to let her have an iv while he thinks this over?
