Greer was never on the board there. The best we have found is that he had a relative who was there before he/she passed away.
There are probably ways to 'invest' Terri's assets into things that (for the purposes of measuring assets) don't count.
In some states for example, if you are sending a child off to college, and filling out a scholarship form, a HOUSE or CAR may not be counted when testing a person's means.
The same might be true for measuring if a person is indigent.
another thought... what if the money were 'invested' in major assets like a house, then a mortgage was taken out, the mortgage money put back into the trust fund, and frozen for collateral purposes?
or the reverse to that... what if the money in the trust fund was used as collateral for loans.
I will bet the financial auditors could think up much better possible scams than these

I think FoxNews did that 15 seconds on purpose. They used such a small piece of the tape, it sounded like one of the other tapes I had already heard. This one is so heart wrenching.
We are all being patient as the Federal Judge takes on
the issue of the injunction in about 7 minutes!!!!

I'll bet they have a lot of creative ideas, since there are so many elderly homeowners in Florida.
There is an a chance to appeal if Whittemore doesn't want to look into this very deeply.
It would have been perfectly reasonable for a judge, who finds out about a SINGLE potential witness, to swiftly ensure she has fluids in her body until he can properly discredit that possible witness in his mind.
But, being a Clinton appointee, what do ya' expect? Let her dehydrate. No iv insertions. FReegards....

Well, we know there is a typo in it. It says "Husband is POA." It should read "Husband is POS."

Putting assets in Jodi's name would be awfully stupid. Not saying he isn't, but what lawyer would let him do that? Terri gets a lawyer, lawyer goes after Jodi and raids that stash with a vengeance. "Alienation of affection" AND snatching of Terri's assets both? Would Jodi or any woman agree to stick her neck out like that?
