This is an unprecedented session. The Congress is meeting to save one persons life (in real time).
The only reason the Democrats are agreeing to this is that they dont want to be known as the party that killed Terri.
This is American history happening before your eyes.
Yes please, vote already, and give this poor woman some food and water.
>But I realized a while ago that this situation has the capacity to make saints out of people... it brings out unselfishness and love and a whole lot of wonderful things in people - due to the suffering of the one who had the heart attack. He is the vehicle for a lot of graces.<
Terri has been returned to innocence. She doesn't hurt people, nor say bad things about them, nor lie, nor steal. She's a child of God, and she deserves our support and protection.
Amen.
I guess we just aren't capable of making a point without endless hyperbole and hysteria? Ya know, the stuff we always complain about when the Dems resort to it?
Thanks for the much needed relief of a giggle.
"tree fitty"
LOL!
This is the longest two and half minutes I have ever experienced.
My exact sentiments. The liberal Jews all believe in Eichmann solutions to unborn babies, and mothers who don't happen to have their political viewpoint because they are to "christian". I wish the Christian community had the guts to speak out against these liberal Jews who speak anti-christian bigotry and blasphemy with impunity against Christians and the Christian faith.
Tube back in. Lower Court Official in contempt of Congress.
Favorable Federal Court ruling.
Steady but slow progress for Terri.
Michael Schiavo's house of cards falls down/new scummy details emerge.
Terri taken care of by parents.
Democrats dogged nationwide and unmercilessly with the tag of having been for the painful murder of a helpless woman that was eventually saved, and her victimhood revealed in full. Dems running for cover everywhere as they are seen as the New National Socialists.
Right on the mark, and bump.He was given 2 1/2 minutes. Where's the gavel?
"Because I care about our Federal system . . . I want to let her starve to death, slowly and painfully. Now if you wanted to do that to someone at Abu Ghraib, I'd scream bloody murder".
His quality of life is barely on the tape.

ROFLMAO
no he isn't! Just said that this legislation should not pass.
He hoyer, you misrepresent FL law.
FL law was writtent to PRESUME DO ALL. The living will law was supposed to overcome that presumption of do all.
Greer botched the law. The state of fl said one thing and the JUDGE botched it.
Hoyer is saying FL government because he wants to protect the judiciary. Hoyer is providing cover for Greer and I HOPE DELAY NAILS GREER for contempt of congress.
I (dramatic Pause) have concluded (dramatic pause) that the State (dramatic Pause) of Florida. (Dramtic Cause) Because I care for her as a child of God (dramatic pause), therefore she should starve.
It has just hit me like a ton of bricks how the Democrat Party is going to solve the Social Security and Medicare problem, they are going to legally kill all of us oldsters. I would love to know how my peers feel about the Democrat Party now.......
Isn't he boring -- he drones on and on and I forget what he is saying. I heard Waite-Brown wants to run for FL Senator -- they can take her out in the Senate primary.
Since neither of use has seen the text of the bill that has not yet been passed, on what grounds will it "likely be found unconstitutional" by a federal court? Your statement seems premature to the point of being wishful thinking.
