The Schindlers appear to rely on many questionable experts - their own website listed some who should not be using "dr." in either the medical or academic sense of it.

This back and forth isn't going to change anyone's mind. There are plenty of facts on both sides.
I just know that I feel confident that erring on the side of life is right. If other's are comfortable with their feelings on the issue, that's just how it is.

You must not have payed very good attention to Sen. Frist--he said she hadn't had an MRI or PET in a while, and in order to diagnose PVS, you have to have many tests over a long period of time, because a person's mental state is "fluid", meaning that it changes all of the time, so 1 test or 2 tests, years apart without a neurologist's supervision between, would be worthless---
I was a medical assistant for a Neurolgist---I know about head injuries and this case is just too weird to be left to the judge that hasn't even seen her--
ditto here. i haven't been this far at crosspurposes with Howlin since the Elian days, but we will get past this also. it is just a very strong difference of opinion. : )

The court has decided she is in PVS, it appears that only the ones who wish to do experiments on her say she is not.
What's more she won't be murdered. Once again, the majority of us are on the winning side!
The judiciary is the only way the left can overcome the 'consent of the governed.'
The legislatures, both State and Federal, are elected by the people, and when the state courts overrule the state legislature, they are overstepping their bounds.
