supposedly, once it passes the house after 3 hours of debate, the President signs it, and then they go to court for appeal and review and they see no reason why the Judge won't reinsert the feeding tube. ( I have no faith in anything with the dems, so that's all I know)
Jeb's reluctance is really unexplainable. Were I the FL governor, I would have used the DCF long, long ago in this case, and we wouldn't be where we are today. I think he fears there would be an Attica Prison style shootout if he intervened and that Terri would be killed in the crossfire. What other explanation is there? Surely not fear of impeachment? Fear of the Scientologists? What?
Yet another one who would have "divided the child in half."
*I'm* concerned that Jim doesn't know what it's like to go without water for 36 hours.
they actually have a judge who is willing? if the judge orders it, will the evil ones obey that order? or will Greer just "deny" that order as he did the subpoenas...AND if that happens.. will ANYONE in power move in with force?
She can't form her words, but she responds to her family.
When does the House convene?
I don't know. I expect the evil ones won't do what they are ordered to do. So I don't know. I just hope she gets her feeding tube put back in.
George W. Greer could deny the order and expect Terri to be dead by 6 a.m. Then he is out of the woods, and the House will forget the whole matter. "Let's move on," the euthanasia advocates will demand. And nothing will be done in the name of justice.
9:00 pm. I just don't know which time Zone. It will be 8:00 my time. cst
Then debate starts in two hours, right? From there, the vote, and providing the vote goes well,( PLEASE DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER).......Bush signs, Federal Judge is up waiting, and the hospice is notified by Brother Bush. Federal Marshalls arrive with order, and the tube is reinserted.
Just upgraded my web site.
You may participate in an on-line poll on my site. The poll has just been put up. It records your vote so that you cannot vote more than once.

Please pass the word.
YES!!!
So debate will begin at 9 a.m. EST, and the bill can be signed at 12:01 a.m. Monday. That's cutting it close. Can Davis, Moran et al block the bill?
Perhaps Governor Gilmore's experience has made Jeb afraid and perhaps he is letting others take the reigns this time to show that it is not just Jeb who cares.
Good Germans all.
Nooo. 9:00 PM. Tonight.
oh I would be almost POSITIVE that if Greer trys to block the order coming down from the POTUS, There will be IMMEDIATE action by Governor Bush!! I feel like some of the other Freepers, that Gov. Bush is working behind the scenes. I just don't know what and where.
Absolutely
"you missed the point---if Terri can't talk, what's the difference whether Bob Schindler had a tape recorder or not. Let's not split hairs---can;t see the forest from the trees"
This audio has been out there for a long time. Everyone that is following this case has already heard Terri on it.
The ones that don't want to believe that she is talking, say she is just moaning, not responding to her father.
The point is that Michael can't use this tape to refuse to allow the Schindlers to visit Terri.
That's probably why Fox News is reporting that Michael is now saying that he did not prevent the Schindlers from visiting except when he was visiting Terri. They had to wait 4 hours. I doubt seriously, if Michael stayed in Terri's room the whole 4 hours that the Schindlers were made to wait. He may have found out that his pretext that they had taped their daughter (against the rulings of Judge Greer) wasn't going to work.
It won't be an order from the President. It will be an order from a federal judge removing the jurisdiction from Greer
