If you don't think murder by the state of a disabled, weak individual under suspicious circumstances is comparable to Hitler, you need to catch up on some history.
I'm sorry if I came across to huffy in my other reply to you. I should have taken the time to explained it like supercat did. I apologize.
we really do need the Florida legislature to get busy and pass some legislation...there is no excuse for them to sit on their hands
We need to push the Florida Senate to get their act together. If they don't, there will be another Terri because we'll still have BAD LAWS if we don't have a 701.
If anyone has photos of those so called jounalists (JINO's) holding signs and supporting Killing Terri, it would be great to get that to the Real Media of The Empire.
That is a REAL STORY of outrageous biased reporting which we've known was going on all along. Doesn't Greer's wife work for StPete or the other one?
How insane and disgusting.
And IMPEACH JUDGE GREER. Unless Terri's case is put into the hands of an honest judge, she'll remain in danger even if Michael can't starve her to death.
Tim Harmon, 44, from Tampa Florida, a supporter for Michael Schiavo, and Jane Hall, 52, from St. Petersburg Beach, a supporter to keep Terri alive, exchange works about their different views outside the Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, Florida, March 18, 2005.Terri Schiavo has been at the center of a long and bitter court battle between her parents and her husband, who wants to remove her feeding tube so she can die. People on both sides of the issue pleaded they cases before courts and legislators, as the deadline to remove the feeding tube came and went. REUTERS/Jim Stem
It is routine to take away from those arrested/jailed, their possessions, whatever they are, including money, wallets, etc. They are locked away in containers, with the defendant's name. The person arrested, defendant, usually gets their possessions back...depending on what was taken, of course. If it's contraband, i.e., drugs, of course they will not get that back. I do know of certain cases where all the money was not returned. I do not know if that is legal, unless the police claim the money was from the sale of stolen property or drugs, and that were found to be true at trial or hearing.....
I don't know. The building pressure the day he posponed the decision was in more danger of going critical than it was yesterday. To give the order in the fact of the DCF investigation would have been too much. But now, does anyone even remember that the DCF investigation supposedly exists?
I've been asking St. Michael to protect her every day! This whole thing is just unbelievable!

I just hope and pray that the Federal Court is not ran by another * run away * create new law from the bench type. I'm worried that the court will only view Greer's rulings and NOT all the evidence.
We have a whole new list of prayers now. I will not rest until Terri is safe and away from Courts/Felos and that stinking so called husband.
Who decides what court will take her case. I'm still worried. Maybe she needs a Presidential pardon. I'm happy that the new action might get her tube returned, but I'm uneasy about another court.
I don't know about the rest of you, but as for me, I still don't know why it take a literal Act of Congress to save Terri from a possible 1990 attempted murder and now a definate Attempted MURDER by a decree of execution.
Looking for a blonde chick in khaki slacks and a brunette chick with a floppy hat on. They were Michael supporters yesterday and St. Pete Times press today.
Greer's hiding in a hotel with bodyguards? Bad boy, bad boy, whatcha gonna do when they come for you. Bad boy.
And they WILL come for you, sooner or later. You can only thumb your nose at the feds once
John Centonze, brother of Michael Schiavo's girlfriend Jody, carries roses left behind by protestors outside Michael Schiavo's house, Friday, March 18, 2005, in Clearwater, Fla.
Does anyone know if this Bill passes, will Michael still be her Guardian?? I don't recall that being mentioned. Also, will the bill require her feeding tube to be reinserted? I'm not sure what any of this is now. I did understand she eventually goes back to the state court where Greer is the judge. I'm confused.
