Man oh man, did he ever get that wrong. I don't know. The building pressure the day he posponed the decision was in more danger of going critical than it was yesterday. To give the order in the fact of the DCF investigation would have been too much. But now, does anyone even remember that the DCF investigation supposedly exists?
