Does anyone know if this Bill passes, will Michael still be her Guardian?? I don't recall that being mentioned. Also, will the bill require her feeding tube to be reinserted? I'm not sure what any of this is now. I did understand she eventually goes back to the state court where Greer is the judge. I'm confused.
I've not seen the bill, but I've heard nothing that would suggest otherwise.
On the other hand, if the DCF investigation is allowed to proceed, that might help take care of some things.
I watched Mel Martinez's press conference. Terri's case will be entirely in the Federal Court's hands if the House passes unanimous consent tomorrow and President Bush signs it. ENTIRELY IN FEDERAL COURT and Greer is out of the picture completely because it appears, they are after a fresh start INSTEAD OF 45 BOXES OF TAINTED EVIDENCE.
