This is a breaking news situation.
A man entered a courtroom in the Fulton County Courthouse this morning and shot a Fulton County Sheriff's deputy, a clerk and a judge; there are reports from both WSB and WAGA, the judge is deceased.
The perp has carjacked multiple vehicles -- now on his third -- and is still at large.
I've just come from downtown Atlanta, and the city is a madhouse.
Jeff the guy that Greg Jarrett was talking to on FNC sais that NONE of the defendants are brought into the court room anymore shackled becasue of the PC fear that it will prejudice the jury.
The guy could have been the second coming of Charley Manson and he still would not have been shackled.
Fox Atlanta reporter now stating how reporters run to danger while most people run away from it.

Somehow, I'm thinkin if this guy is caught (alive), when he shows up in court again, he'll be restrained in some manner. At least I'd hope at THAT point he would be.

Agreed, but if this guy was truly out on bond then he would have never been shackled in the first place.
As I said in my previous post, political correctness reigns supreme. Several people here in the SF Bay Area recently died in a fire for this very same reason. A female affirmative action hire didn't have the upper body strength to handle the equipment, so three lives were sacrificed on the altar of political correctness. These incidents will continue until liberalism no longer exists.
According to Judge Neopolitan :) , it (non-shackling of prisoners) has been that way since the 60's !!!!

Just surfed over to Wolf Blitzer- he had Nancy Grace on- apparently she knows the judge personally and practiced before him in the past- she said he was a really decent and fair judge..
Let's hope so. But I'm not holding out much hope. He'd already been busted trying to sneak a home made knife into the courtroom on Wed.

I am unclear. Has it been 3 or 4 people that have died at this man's hands today? The banner on the picture says 4, FoxNews just reported 3.
I would imagine there could be literally thousands of black males wearing a blue shirt. I know one thing, if I was a black male in Atlanta, I'd change my blue shirt!
