Just surfed over to Wolf Blitzer- he had Nancy Grace on- apparently she knows the judge personally and practiced before him in the past- she said he was a really decent and fair judge..
I didn't see this posted, but the rape victim has been taken into protective police custody.
Yes I heard that too. Nancy also said he has a "very beautiful daughter".
So again...let's take a moment from all this to offer up prayers for the family members of the judge and the other victims of this horrible tragedy.
