Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

House Bill 701 has passed through the House Judiciary Committee and goes to the Health and Families Counsel tomorrow morning at 9.30 am.

Today's vote was 9-2.

CARDINAL RIGALI'S STATEMENT REGARDING THE CASE OF TERRI SCHINDLER SCHIAVO

"Americans are watching with concern the plight of Terri Schindler Schiavo in Florida. It is a tragic situation that has grave implications for the future treatment of those who are vulnerable and reliant upon someone else to provide their sustenance and decide the level of medical care they receive. In the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, where Terri Schindler was a parishioner and a graduate of one of our high schools, we watch and pray with particular interest in her case. I urge most strongly that those charged with her care provide life-sustaining nutrition and hydration.

Mrs. Schiavo must continue to receive such ordinary treatments to meet her basic needs until the time they become life threatening or harmful. Removing food and hydration now will amount to a very painful death. It also may hasten the day when anyone deemed not living a life of subjective quality – by whose definition? – may suffer the same fate. This evil, if permitted, will end the life of one woman and place all of us in peril.

Terri Schiavo and all those who rely on others for their basic needs remain worthy of care because of their dignity as children of God. In the Gospel of Life (papal encyclical written in 1995), Pope John Paul II wrote, ‘God alone has the power over life and death. But he only exercises this power in accordance with a plan of wisdom and love. When man usurps this power, being enslaved by a foolish and selfish way of thinking, he inevitably uses it for injustice and death. Thus the life of the person who is weak is put into the hands of the one who is strong; in society the sense of justice is lost...'

The Catholic bishops of Florida have strongly urged that Mrs. Schiavo should receive "all treatments and care that will be of benefit to her." I call on the faithful in the Archdiocese to join with me in prayer for Mrs. Schiavo, for her family and for all those charged with her life. I pray she receives the nourishment, hydration and loving care she needs until the Lord of Life calls her to His eternal home."

And REMIND this wonderful Philly Preist that Bishop Lynch is not unlike the Pharisee's who so upset Christ because they abused a house of worship and were breaking the spirit of the law.

Wish someone would ask him to contact Lynch and DIRECTLY ask lynch why he has NOT BEEN AT TERRI's SIDE, HAS NOT SENT out PRESS RELEASES PROCLAIMING HER RIGHT TO LIVE AND CRYING OUT ABOUT HER ABUSE AND NEGLECT.

The Bishops in FLORIDA needs to overtake Lynch's territory.....apparently someone or something has Lynch cowed...either his own lack of conviction or his own lack of courage.

He is a weak man....full of bloated importance and willing to hide in his quarters while Terri suffers everyday and the Schindler's have to do without his guidance and support.

Their FAITH puts Lynch's faith, TO SHAME.

Please urge the Catholic Church to annul the marrige. It would be a moral step in the right direction, to acknowledge the fact that Mikie has not kept his vows, and Terri should not be spiritually bound to him.

You're not going to believe this but the shuttle guy who drove me from the hotel to the airport HAD NEVER HEARD ABOUT THE CASE! When I told him he was utterly appalled and said he was going to call the Florida legislators when he got home and tell everyone he knew to do the same. How someone can live in that city and not know is beyond me!
