WHY would a serious journalist like Peter Jennings tackle a silly subject like UFOs? Maybe it's because 40 million Americans can't be wrong. It turns out that 40 million of us have claimed to have seen UFOs, while half yes, half of all Americans believe in their existence < snip >
So, why, if millions of people have seen UFOs, are the eyewitnesses immediately reduced to the level of raving loonies (from "lunar")? Interestingly enough, that is the legacy of another successful government PR campaign < snip >
The feds thought they could keep a lid on UFO sightings and keep a budding worldwide panic under control by making witnesses look crazy. Yes, it seems you could fool all of the people all of the time < snip >
Good for Jennings for reaching for the stars!

bump!
That's going to leave a mark.
Can't blame them. I don't belive in life outside Earth but I love some of those UFO shows. I'm sure they bring in the ratings.
I have always thought that it was mathematically impossible that in the ENTIRE universe, we are the only intelligent life.
It is equally mathematically impossible that any other intelligent life has visited our galactically inisgnificant corner of the universe.
The universe is just too big to only contain one planet of intelligent life, just as it is too big to have more than one intelligent species find another one.
That about sums it up for me too. If somebody shows up, I'll rethink my position.
UFO PING LIST PING.
Please let Las Vegas Dave and I know if you want on or off the ping list.
I hope to have some running commentary on the program live on this thread:

Please plan to 'attend' as a live thread during the program, if you are well read, and/or have a serious interest in the topic and are ready to dicsuss it from a fair-minded perspective. Nay sayers will hopefully be thunderously ignored.
I'm not precisely sure of the timing here in the Mountain States. But that's my option--whenever it's shoing here on the local ABC channel. I think I have to get it off the antenna vs off Direct TV.
Blessings,
You're as sweet as ever on the topic, I C.
....And you thought the YEC Creos were nuts......
Prime Directive
Why is this shocking? UFOs exist - anyone who denies that is an idiot. Why do I say that? That is because a UFO is simply an Unidentified Flying Object. People see objects in the air that can't be easily or quickly identified. It happens all the time.
Now, do flying saucers or little green men exist? No, I don't think so. But UFOs most definitely exist.
The show is slated for this Thursday evening.
And some of us well read on the topic suspect that the puppet masters are going to very gently, slightly incrementally disclose a bit more of the topic to the general public as prep for a much more serious surfacing of the whole phenomena.
Some say that the puppet masters UFO section is split 40/60 or 50/50 for open disclosure vs continued disinformation, ridicule etc. and a tight lid on the facts.
Supposedly those in charge of such for the last 50+ years are scared silly of being shredded by the populace for withholding such secrets for so long in favor of such tyrannical uses. Of course, the other faction likes to be in absolute control of such fancy toys and power and is not at all interested in giving it up--Congressional Immunity or no.
Then there's noises that the ET's are very increasingly intent on surfacing the whole thing to the public regardless of what the global government cabal do or don't do. If the cabal is convinced of that, they may want to begin to be first out of the box on their own.
In any case, Jennings is well connected within the puppet masters. He's reported to have been a long time attender and member of the Bildeberger meetings, for example.
I have long felt that certainly the long term major network news anchors and elite were privy to the existence of UFO's ET's etc. and were well advised and rewarded for maintaining the charade. One, they were allowed to live. Two, they were included in the puppet masters "in" group. Heady stuff.
Of course, a tyrant is a tyrant. All the more so with satan behind the globalism and thousands of years to plan and execute end times hoaxes of a list of sorts.
But not everything in the field is a hoax by a long shot. It will be interesting to see how much is disclosed and how much isn't in this program Thursday--and of what quality etc.
I personally expect it to be sufficient new disclosure or sufficiently convincing to BEGIN to condition the populace and the MSM to BEGIN to treat the topic more seriously.
It won't help the puppet masters globalist efforts to have it all come out in one unswell foop in all it's horrid shocking unglory at once. Much better to have a graduated conditioning program for the sheeple.
But why does she have to be so PROUD of being so clueless?
How could WE be the only ones in this vast universe? I have never doubted the existence of UFOs, and am anxious to find out more about them before I kick the bucket. My parents, along with at least twenty other people, saw a UFO in the southern California sky in the 50s. It was there, but still hasn't been explained.
However, the term "UFO" is often used as shorthand for the spaceships of alien visitations, and that is exactly how both the Jennings special and this review use the term.
P Klass has to have been in the employ of the puppet masters all along. What a stoolie idiot.
Some of the stuff he says is more stupid than . . . flying elephants.
