More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.

Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.

Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.

Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

Have the lawyers argued the case for "clear and convincing evidence" as far as Terri's wishes? This went to 3 different state supreme courts and the USSC once that I know of. In only one case (Quinlan) did they elect to remove life device, her breathing tube, and never any feeding tubes.

Notice the excerpt about the breathing tube by the NJSC. They were even wrong about that because she lived another 10 years.

I just saw on Fox News of a woman who came out of a coma and spoke after 20 years. She said, "hello," and they expect her to improve every day. They said she had been in a coma but just by looking at her, she seemed in the same state as Terri.

If they go ahead with taking the life of Terri, it is murder, pure and simple. We treat murderers more humainely than we are Terri. One shot and they die and it's over. Not so with Terry. They want not only Terri to suffer, but her parents, her loved ones and everyone who loves her.

Oh has he ever! I don't have it on this computer to post it. But I can tell you that my tagline below is the response of Judge Greer when Terri's brother and sister tried to feed her when they removed her feeding tube the first time. The nurse called Michael and this is what happened:

Well the tagline doesn't do it justice so here is the entire quote:

“I don’t want anyone trying to feed that girl”, Greer thundered from the bench in 2001.“the law of the case is that she is going to die”, Judge Greer in 2001

After that the entire family was banned from seeing her for over two months.

I think this was within the period of time when Michaels oral surgeon showed up and removed 5 of her teeth out of the clear blue sky. Nobody knows if they gave Terri anesthetics or not.

A notice to her parents was issued, but they were not allowed to see her.

That is still out of align of the other states decisions and conflicts the the USSC decision. It is worthy.

I'm thinking that after the 2nd DCA upheld Greer's ruling in 2001, it got sent to the FL Supr. Ct. and was denied to be heard. They didn't want to get involved. So basically the lower courts ruling stood. That's why they yanked Terri's tube out. Of course, know that I understand little of this legal mumbo jumbo. I could be completely wrong.

Either do I really, but we can't have states ruling one way and the USSC another way. That is the point. It will be a good research project for you! And I encourage you to pursue it.
