Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.

Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.

Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.

Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

It is hard to take, BUT I STILL BELIEVE IN MIRACLES! I feel that as long as we keep fighting for Terri, God will not let us down.

I guess this is what happens when the courts take the 10 commandments out of the court rooms. Lord we believe in you, our father.

The national GOP needs to be informed that their base will erode will unless Jeb, George W., and his new AG at the DOJ do something about this, and do it now. People won't be satisfied with voting against a lefty Dem or voting party lines any more. They'll register their protest by voting their consciences. I'm prepared to vote Constitution, Libertarian, America First, Reform or even Southern Independence.

Terri's Fight For Life: The Video Clips They Tried to Censor

Terri was 26 years old when she suffered brain damage from a sudden collapse. Terri receives her food and water by means of a feeding tube. Terri's other bodily functions are physically stable. Terri smiles, laughs and cries. Terri recognizes voices and responds. At times, she vocalizes sounds, trying in her best way to speak. Terri is not a brain dead vegetable as characterized by her husband and legal guardian, Michael Schiavo nor a houseplant as implied by his attorney. Terri is not on a respirator or any artificial life support. She is a living human being and needs to be granted an opportunity to recover. Terri has not had any progressive rehabilitation or arousal therapy in more than ten years.

Terri is shown reacting to her mother's affection with a glowing smile.

Clip 2: Big Eyes
During an examination, the doctor asks Terri to open her eyes wide. She opens her eyes, turns her head and raises her eyebrows in response.

Terri's parents play piano music for her and Terri listens and laughs.


Clip 4: Balloon
During an examination, Terri is asked to track a balloon with her eyes. She does and the Dr. SAYS "You see that, don't you!" During his testimony, however, he called Terri "totally unresponsive".

During an examination, Terri shows CLEAR annoyance with being tickled with a cotton swab.

Terri is seen lying quietly until her mother is in view. Terri's eyebrows pop up, she smiles broadly at her mother and she vocalizes when her mother asks her how she is feeling.

This portion only applies to those accused of a capital or otherwise infamous crime. Does not apply to Terri.

Terri has twice (now thrice) been put in jeopardy of life for the offence of failing to specifically request in writing the retention of her Constitutional right to live.

Terri has been deprived of liberty and property, and the court has ordered that she be deprived of life, without due process of law.

There is no limitation reserving this right for those convicted of a crime. Starvation and deydration is a cruel and unusual punishment.

An even bigger fear is that his crimes won't be limited to those already committed. In the end, he may be guilty of murder, yet not even pay a fair price for the smallest of his crimes.
