The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

You're forgetting that the Pentagon was constructed with fortification elements: steel reinforced everything, heavy reinforced concrete and stone, steel doors between sections, etc. and that it's really concentric rings interconnected buildings.

Also, my recollection at the time was that there were accounts of the plane's wing hitting the ground before the plane hit the Pentagon. How much of the kinetic energy of the plane was transfered to the structure very much depends on details of how it hit.

Yes. There is a small armed forces recruiting station right in the middle of Times Square. It's been there for decades. Maybe they stepped it up because of the Falluja operation.

He clearly warned us of the penalty for voting for George W. Bush and you didn’t allow him the pleasure of intimidation that he and his punks have grown used to.

Usamah's reply: It's not about what usama WANTED americans to do. He just gave america a choice and americans chose to stay on the same policies of george bush. So how do these fools think they have gained some kind of victory? Now many of them will die. Usama could have wanted america to vote for bush so he would be justified in what he does next.

i do understand that many americans are stupid and do not understand things so well..
