Ivel, KY (AP) -- A gas line explosion Monday morning in an eastern Kentucky subdivision injured several people including a state trooper. At least eight people were injured when a 4-inch line carrying natural gas liquids to a processing plant exploded in the small town of Ivel about 8:30 a.m. EST. It left four homes heavily damaged, said Stacy Floden, spokeswoman for the Kentucky Emergency Management Agency.
