Senator Rick Santorum also told ABC in New York that GOP officials are planning on reviewing the matter closely and if necessary will consider judicial rulings in the matter to prevent fraudulent votes from being counted.
Senator Santorum also told ABC News that it appears that GOP turnout in central Pennsylvania is already reaching by mid-day 75% of the total turnout of 2000. Central Pennsylvania is the conservative core of the state and it appears that in the new 1.7 million voters registered by Republicans in the middle of the state that the majority of them will be supporting President Bush.
My thoughts are - if Pennsylvania is already at 75% turnout in GOP districts this means the GOP turnout operation is infinitely more successful than they had anticipated. It also reflects the "energized" vote that has been so reflected in the "internals" of the poll numbers which showed that President Bush's supporters have been from the outset the far more motivated voting block in this election.

Were the buttons and shirt at the polls?
Pennsylvania is heartland America, as representative a state of what America is all about as any. Good people, good place to live."
That may be why Carville has a problem with it.
Rick isn't a loose cannon...this is good. BTTT for later read....
I don't have anything to say to you... I just wanted a post with our screen names together.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I was a member of the IAM-AW for 15 years, my husband still is. In the trade unions, the rank and file are very conservative, and they openly ridicule the union leadership for the knee-jerk Dem activism.
I'm in Central Pa, and it was the most I ever waited at a polling place at 9 am (I was #350). The poll watchers taking names were at separate tables, one for Pubs and one for Dems; mighty short line at the Dem table.
My friend in Lancaster said he waited 1 and 1/4 hours to vote. He said the longest wait before today was 10 minutes. He was extremely encouraged:)
Correctamundo!! I voted "conservative" before I became a union member, and my membership has not changed my voting preferences, and never will...

Is it too early to start pumping Santorum for President in 2008?
I'll volunteer to watch.
That may be true, but only 4M failed to vote in 2000. Still, 4 million more Bush votes would make this a short night.
1 hour wait to vote in my township in Northern York County -- and that was a 9AM (usually voting lines slacken by mid-morning). I cleared the polling place around 10AM and the line was still an hour long. I can't imagine the lunch hour crush, it's crazy.
There was a couple of young college kids with Moveon.org watching the polls, but they weren't bothering anybody. Clearly not from the area...
Santorum is Catholic. He got Reagan/JFK Democrat votes. His opponent was weak, too. He was no Fast Eddie.
What issues is she liberal on? What does she hate about Bush?
"There were fewer votes than alleged on machines."In English:
Hey what's your problem? We're only cheating a little!
I don't wish to be a wet blanket, but these turnout numbers could be indicative of an earlier turnout than 2000 not a larger one. I hope I am wrong, but I don't think celebrations are in order at 12:50 EST.
May God richly bless Rick Santorum!!!
As a born and raised Pennsylvanian, I always thought Rick would be a great choice as VP. Help carry the State and set him up for President down the road.
