[Question_Assumptions]

There was an article posted about 4 years ago on Free Republic by a woman living in the UK. She had worked for Carter during the 1976 primary in Philadelphia and her description of the corruption was truly stunning (e.g., 100 votes on the machine before the polls opened, a boss type guy telling everyone how to vote -- including the nuns, etc.). If anyone remembers that article and has a pointer to it, I'd appreciate it.
