Navy Stripped Kerry Of Security Clearance!!!!!! Unauthorized Contacts With Enemy Agents!

Kerry Lost Security Clearance!

Just spoke with reporter friend in DC. She is talking with former USN ONI types who worked on DOD/USN investigation that resulted in total loss of Kerry’s Navy security clearance.

Kerry had been granted a Top Secret by the Navy on October 11, 1967 based on a routine background investigation by Office of Naval Intelligence. A top secret clearance was required for his work at that time.

Obtaining and holding a security clearance of any level, especially TS or above, requires certain terms, obligations, commitments and conditions from the holder. One of the most important is the holder of the clearance must promptly and fully any contacts with any foreign officials, agents, etc.

Lieutenant Kerry left active duty with the Navy on January 3, 1970, but he still carried those obligations as a commissioned officer of the Naval Reserve. Without telling anyone and without receiving permission from superiors,FBI or counter-intelligence officers, he traveled to Paris in the summer of 1970. He claimed the purpose of his trip was a honeymoon with his first wife, Julia Thorne, but there was another hidden purpose.

Numerous North Vietnamese and Viet Cong intelligence agents and officials were in Paris, having arrived a year earlier for the “Peace Talks.” While in Paris, Kerry met with agents on a number of occasions and had extensive discussions with them about U.S. plans, procedures and how to get the U.S. to essentially surrender in Vietnam.

These clandestine meetings were never reported to the Navy.

Almost a year later, in April 1091, speaking as the leader of the Vietnam Veterans Against The War, Lieutenant Kerry told a Senate hearing about his meetings with enemy agents. Senior DOD officials wanted to prosecute him as a Naval Reserve officer for violating a number of laws and regulations, but this was vetoed by the Nixon White House. They didn’t want to give the anti-war crowd any additional PR ammunition.

However, the Navy immediately pulled Kerry’s security clearance. He became a Naval Reserve officer who was known not to be trusted. He kept his commission, but lost all access to any classified information. In the words of one of the now-retired agents, “Lieutenant Kerry wasn’t cleared to know what time it was!”

The bottom line is, Kerry was on the Intelligence Committee of the Senate after the Paris fiasco and another trip to support the Moscow-backed Sandinistas in Nicaragua.

Today, he couldn’t get a security clearance to pull KP duty, but he wants to be Commander in Chief of all our military in the War on Terrorism!

"He claimed the purpose of his trip was a honeymoon with his first wife, Julia Thorne, but there was another hidden purpose."

I bet thats why the first marriage soured. The first wife realized she was just being used by J Fn Kerry like he uses everyone. Bet she didn't even know until afterwards Kerry planned their honeymoon as a front to go to Paris. Such a scumbag.

Thanks for giving us a "preview" of the story. Looking forward to seeing when the article breaks. When I was looking through Kerry's military files one thing I was wondering is what he was working on that he had to get that type of security clearance in the first place. Also, a form he was required to sign to get clearance (DD 48-1) required him to state he was not affiliated with a list of groups that had been designated as subversive by the Attorney General under Executive Order 10450. The full form is not included in Kerry's file (the top is there but the bottom is cut off of the xerox/scan), but I found a copy of the full form from elsewhere. In addition to the Communist Party and its front groups, one of the proscribed groups is the Socialist Workers Party. When Kerry spoke at Dewey Canyon III, the event was co-sponsored by two main groups: the National Peace Action Coalition, a front for the Socialist Workers Party, and the People's Coalition for Peace and Justice, a front for the Communist Party. His security clearance should have been pulled for this as well.

Does anyone else get the impression that if John Kerry were shown to be a rapist and a murderer, the MSM would cover it up for him?!

Absolutely. They did the same for Clinton.

It's true. The Dems are going to vote for Kerry no matter what. No exceptions. Urinating on the flag/burning it? No problem for the Dems.

About a month or two ago, we were all guessing about the 2001 honorable discharge date, and I was one of a few who surmised it was because of a bad discharge. I hate it when I am right!

You are wrong. Kerry received his HD on Feb 16, 1978. The only thing he did in March 2001 was to update his DD214 with a DD215. We have the official documents to back that up.

It makes sense and I am now convinced that his first discharge was a general discharge and not honorable. I asked someone in the military if they could have stripped him of his medals like the Silver Star because that would explain a new commendation which never made any sense to have more than one.

Perhaps John Lehman started an investigation when he found out he signed the new commendation for Kerry's silver star? Lehman was pretty surprized when he found out he (or his office) had issued a new commendation.

Why won't Kerry release all his records? Because "it's none of your business". One of his favorite responses.

What was the SPN Code on his DD-214? Inquiring minds want to know if he was a bedwetter.

That form is what I filled out to go to work for the Air Force -- Top Secret with an interim Secret.

What I would love to see is his five-year update which is required for Top Secret!

I contend there is something else wrong with his record. I would bet it's not good.

I agree with you. There are obviously things he doesn't want us to see. I think there are some unreleased documents, which would show us how he got his first PH; the nomination forms for his awards including the Silver Star, which did not go through the proper channels and was awarded two days after the incident; his request for replacement medals in 1985; and ONI and NIS documents discussing Kerry's antiwar activities as a member of the VVAW while he was still in the Inactive Reserves subject to recall. Kerry has a lot to hide.

So it would be fine with the MSM if Bush didn't release his military? I wonder.

I bet that is it -- Lehman started the Navy looking into that citation! Makes perfect sense.
