----Cheney just copped out by thanking JE for saying nice things about his family, when he should have accused him of bringing up the issue "to divide the country", which is what Edwards accuses him of.
----Cheny also claims not to be familiar with Edward's cases in court, so he can't slam him as a trial lawyer.

the only glitch for cheney in this debate is he could have pulled a LOT of weight with swing voters if he believed in the marriage amendment. He could have really stuffed it to kerry/leftwards. that part was too bad. otherwise, Cheney has buried eddie. BURIED him :o)
