This is ridiculous. It's a matter of statistical certainty that almost everyone alive in America today is descended from Christians, Jews, and Muslims.

This must be satire. Kerry's paternal ancestors were Jews from Central Europe, his maternal ancestors were predominantly English. Any genetic connection with the Middle East on his father's side would have to date before the Diaspora of 70 AD, at which time the Muslim religion did not exist. If there is any connection with any Middle Eastern royal dynasties, it must be very remote.

Reason: No genetic damage could occur, since at that time our genes were still "cleaner" - that is, the combined consequences of sin were not yet written all over our genes....for example today drug use can cause genetic damage, which when combined with someone whose genetic makeup is similar, will cause damaged offspring......

Mohammed died in 632 AD, or 1372 years ago. Assuming 24 years per generation, that's about 55 intervening generations to the present.
Two to the power of 54 (because that's 54 generations before you) is a number considerably in excess of a trillion. Therefore, it is more or less a statistical certainty that you are descended from Mohammed himself, let alone some person in the interval who followed his religion.*
That is why these stories of "Bush discovered to be descended from Julius Caesar!" are stupid - everybody else is descended from Caesar, and William the Conqueror, and King Herod too. If you don't believe me, go to the LDS geneaology site at http://www.lds.org and start going back through the generations yourself. I'm descended from Ivan the Terrible - and so are you.
* The only exception would be if you were wholly descended from some isolated ethnic group, such as the Maoris or the Yanomamos. This is extremely unlikely, especially in the modern world.
