MILWAUKEE - An 11-year-old boy was charged Wednesday with raping a 76-year-old neighborhood woman in her home as three of his friends stood watch.

Police said that for a week before the attack, the boys had been "terrorizing" the woman in her house, repeatedly breaking in and taking cash and other items.
The woman, who lived alone, told police she was taking a sponge bath in the kitchen Friday when the 11-year-old walked in, demanded money and then ordered her to take off her clothes and go into the bedroom, according to court papers.
The boy's brother, a 13-year-old who was among the three other boys also charged, said he heard the woman say: "I'm just an old, half-crippled lady, I'm not going."
The woman said the 11-year-old put on a condom and tried to rape her, followed by a second boy.
The 11-year-old was charged in juvenile court with sexual assault and being a party to burglary and criminal trespassing. The other boys — ages 11, 12 and 13 — were charged with being a party to burglary and criminal trespassing.
In court Wednesday, the 11-year-old facing the less serious charges called out, "Hi, Mom" after spotting his adoptive mother.
"I'm very hurt because my son was raised as a good boy," she said outside court. She complained that police abused the boys to obtain confessions.

I did field service work in Milwaukee three years ago. That west side is the scariest I've ever seen. I was warned after doing contract work in Philadelphia to be careful, but that was nothing compared to Milwaukee.

Actually, what I want is to end the current reverse-eugenics program, in which competent responsible working people postpone and limit their childbearing because they're having an ever increasing amount of their income confiscated in order to pay for the artificial expansion and maintenance of the incompetent irresponsible non-working population.
Left to the natural order of things, few of the offspring of these incompetent people would survive to reproductive age -- they wouldn't be fed or protected from lethal dangers, or given state of the art medical care when they're born way premature and brain damaged due to their mothers' irresponsible behavior, and most would die young, often slowly and painfully, but early. Personally I think it's far more humane to prevent their births in the first place. But the current system of artificially ensuring that their numbers keep increasing is sick and evil.
Honestly, it doesn't matter if it's his "fault" or not. We just can't afford to keep letting monsters like this roam the streets and reproduce more like themselves. If I get raped, I won't care whether or not it was his "fault" -- I'll care that I got raped.
I'm not a guy. And I'm less interested in controlling population numbers, than in ending the socialism-induced reverse evolution process that's been underway for several decades. People who can't take care of themselves will support socialism, first at the ballot box, and if that fails, by means of bloody revolution. We see a lot on FR about how stupid the Europeans are to be letting Muslim immigrants overrun their societies, dragging down their cultures and economies. We ought to take a serious look at how we're doing the same thing by artificially increasing the growth rate of the incapable-of-self-sufficiency subset of our native population.
My solution is to DEPORT anyone who can't show visible means of support and control all borders.

To where do you suggest we deport the millions of welfare addicts who were born here, and whose parents were born here, and whose grandparents were born here? My weekday residence in Manhattan is surrounded by public housing projects and few of the residents seem to be 1st or 2nd generation Americans.

I want to hear again how the constant barage of pornagraphy and sexual innuedo in music and radio and tv is harmless.....
I also want to hear again how rough it is for boys nowaday, how our society "constrains" them from being boys..

what I think is that we have let our children in general rule the roost....with few limits, few rules and little morality.....
My friends are wonderful people, but the girl they adopted at age 10 was ruined by the time they got her -- daughter of an unmarried welfare mother, bounced from foster home to foster home, etc. Sadly enough, she is replicating her biological mother's life: can't hold a job, repeatedly evicted, promiscuous. As a mutual friend would say: "What breeds, breeds."

One problem, GS, is that these women want to have babies. Not just for the welfare money, but they want something to love (and something that will love them), a status symbol, whatever. As a rule, they eventually lose interest in their little human pets, though.
