Brit Hume announced story coming up now on National Guard docmunents
Did ABC News actually talk about the documents maybe being fakes???
uh oh, their friends are walking away from them too.
Don't set on stun.
Set on kill.
(A metaphor. No physical violence actually advocated.)
Not to mention it is Military standard, at least army standard that you only print the first 3 letters of a month.
Is that sort of like, "Ho! Ha ha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin!"......splash.
Pure gold is RIGHT!
Hey Jim, maybe it's a good time to hold a (slightly-early) FR fundraiser.....!?! I'll bet the response would be outrageous.
· The formula increase announced last week for Medicare Part B is the product of a legislatively mandated formula passed by Congress and was supported by Sen. John Kerry in The Balanced Budget Act of 1997.
· Since the early 1980s, Congress regularly voted to set the Part B premium equal to 25% of program costs and The Balanced Budget Act of 1997 made the formula permanent.
· Based on this law, each year the Medicare Actuary makes a preliminary estimate of the following years monthly premium which is included in the Medicare Trustees report issued in March. The final number is statutorily required to be released in September, and this is the number that was released on September 3.
· The new premiums include enhanced Medicare benefits that are providing seniors and people with disabilities with strengthened access to physician services and new preventive benefits, such as the new 'Welcome to Medicare' physical and screening exams, as well as improved Medicare Advantage plan choices that reduce beneficiaries' health care costs.
· The new premiums reflect increased health care costs, and the best way to reduce the rate of increase in Medicare premiums is to reduce the cost of health care.
· The President is attacking the root causes of rising health care costs by proposing a broad health care technology initiative, common sense medical liability reform, and providing consumer-driven health care to put the patient and the doctor back in control of health care decisions through Health Savings Accounts. The President's proposals for Association Health Plans would also allow small businesses to pool their resources to receive the discounts normally available to large companies.

Yup, yup, that's us; idiots of the VRWC!
DU'ers are verging on mass hysteria and don't want anyone to see them beat their breasts and howl at the moon!
.....He thought he was gonna nail Dubya for payback .....now Oh danny boy looks like he's Rather-biased.
What's he gonna say, that the Freepers are on Karl Rove's payroll? If so, I'm making a pissed off phone call to the WH first thing tomorrow morning. I'm missing a few checks for services renedered.
Actually, I figured the other MSM networks would be torn about this. On one hand, they would love to pound on Bush. But on the OTHER hand, they would also like to be able to pound on one of their competitors for such an obvious fraud. Ratings are ratings you know.
Seems to me, if the docs become commonly known as being forgeries, CBS will be compelled to say who provided them with the documents. At least to save face and or to shift blame.
If the docs are indeed thought to be forgeries, then it needs to be determined who was behind it, who allegedly found them.
That was done here hours ago.
Brit's panel to discuss the documents after current break.
Wow. What a great day. And what a great job by the Freepers. Well done. Really. I'm in awe.....
*curtsies*
I'm beginning to wonder if the Kerry campaign was set up. And I DON'T mean by the Pubbies.
