Does anyone know where the docs came from, who provided them? CBS won't say.
They also won't say who their 'expert' is.

I hope this isn't all a set up where CBS knows that the docs in the released .pdf files were replications of the actual docs and will be releasing the originals as soon as all the hounds think they have the fox cornered. Then they killed themselves with their silence on it. They should have sprung the trap and released the originals as soon as they saw that the story was growing legs. But just like their masters at the DNC, all they can do when confronted with evidence of their skullduggery is first ignore it in the hopes that it will go away, and then lie, lie, lie, spin, spin, spin and then attack.

nobody is arguing those images weren't written with MS Word. The wonder is are they actual images of the documents?

Use of superscript mostly not available at the time on 1970s typewritersBelieve me, the military wouldn't have gotten its hands on "1970s typewriters" until about 1990.

I said on another thread that I thought he sounded paranoid, because he was claiming Bush might be talking to "someone upstairs" and that he felt he wasn't able to do his job because of pressure put on him from higherups.

Brit Hume in his very understated way just left the listener to draw their own conclusions. They do say 'we report, you decide'.

I think the most telling thing in Britt's show was his statement that they ran it through Word and it produced an
identical document. If it were different methods (even if it were just in WordPerfect or somesuch), there would be differences of spacing, margins, whatever, but, if these were
identical, it is beyond credibility that they could have been produced independently-- it would have to be done in Word.

Interestingly, DU thinks we are all "idiots" when as "everybody knows" that certain IBM typewriters could have easily made notes/fonts like this in 1972. OK. How long before someone gets one of these alleged typewriters and makes a memo looking at ALL like the CBS memos. Man, someone could get a PULITZER if they did this. PLEASE let a freeper have one of these typewriters!!!! I am giddy about the possibilty of CBS burning over this.
