In Rush's closing segment he said that he just received a story or document saying that lawyers for both the Kerry and Edwards teams were sending out letters to TV stations warning them about showing the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth advertisement!

Now that Kerry's people are sending letter threatening others... this makes it news that needs to be reported. Fox is leading the way.
It is possible that they are not having a dos attack. It could be just a flood of traffic trying to download and view the movie couldn't it?.

Yes, you're right. There were 15 box lunches delivered from a French restaurant for their group. This was after Theresa ordered some chili @ Wendy's (She had to ask what it was. She's just sooooo SOPHISTICATED.) Another example of John Kerry (and his wife). Truly a man/couple OF THE PEOPLE!
If Dubyuh's landslide win results in significant coattails fer Pubbies in Congress, you could be right. Especially if the GOP sees fit to enact a solid conservative agenda in Dubyuh's second term, the Klintoons could be simply too far out there on the Left to be seen as viable in '08. But I still expect the HildaBeast to be the DemonRAT nominee in '08.

This move by Kerry really takes the cake.
They've probably traced back the IP address(es) where the requests are coming from. If it is coming from a very small number, it is a DoS.
Denial of service:
Website gets hit with many requests to view it. But, the return address is fake. So the website boggs down trying to locate the 'site' that requested to view it.
What ever happend to the guy who *was* a crew mate?... Oh yeah, that's right, the band of brothers claimed he was nuttin but a Republican shill.

Actually, the opposite is true. Bush will win comfortably and the GOP will gain 5-10 House seats and 3-4 Senate seats.
The RATS will actually let something get done until the 2006 mid-terms, and we'll have one or more new Supreme Court confirmations.
The RATS who are up in 2006 will not want to be seen as obstructionists. The 2004 elections will clear the air.

it is up to ALL VETERANS to keep up the work....I just printed myself some vinyle decals for my "redneck" truck, "veterans against "hanoi john", etc.
VETERANS and ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY IS the presidents best hope.....
THE WORD SHOULD GET OUT ABOUT HOW re-enlistments will end and volunteering will stop if another liberal gets into office....look at the mass exit of military in clinton era military........ WHO WILL FIGHT THEN, surely not liberals son's and daughter's.
