The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

I have never heard about the message you are referencing.

That was certainly a different message. The message I read was found on forums and it was discovered and translated from the Arabic somewhere around last spring/summer. It was unrelated to 911.

Talk to judicial meanz about that. He thinks they have access to some sort of LEO/SWAT training. Even if they have SF training from the green beanies in the first Muj efforts against the USSR, I don't think it's been recently reinforced. Equipment training and tactical stuff can carry on for a long time, but combat mindset needs to be constantly reinforced and practiced to stay fresh. Left to languish, it self-extinguishes in favor of the core personna. Especially if that personna is ummmm radically different in emotional reactions to stimuli.

Add this to your mix and see how this may come out I am more worried about this now than NK...(when I can find an article will post) I heard on Christan radio that some high ranking Jewish leader call for all Palestine TERRORIST AND they FAMILIES TO BE KILLED.

The movement is from South Korea and that would make it from the 2nd Infantry Division. I wouldn't be surprised to see armor assets since Korea really isn't "tank country" anyway.

Is this an accurate description of weather inversion?

It's a definate possibility with the description of the haze. Like I said, inversions tend to trap haze/smog/smoke near the ground level because the air above is too warm to allow the pollutant to rise.

On a typical day with no inversion, clouds (fair weather cumulus) form due to rising warm air. When the wartm air rises, it condenses. If the air above is cold enough, showers or thunderstorms will form.

Inversions are most typical in regions that are low-lying and also surrounded by mountains. The LA metroplex is a great example but it can occur anywhere if conditions are right. Typically, a high pressure system (combined with little or no wind) causes inversions. They are most common during the summer in the US.
