Talk to judicial meanz about that. He thinks they have access to some sort of LEO/SWAT training. Even if they have SF training from the green beanies in the first Muj efforts against the USSR, I don't think it's been recently reinforced. Equipment training and tactical stuff can carry on for a long time, but combat mindset needs to be constantly reinforced and practiced to stay fresh. Left to languish, it self-extinguishes in favor of the core personna. Especially if that personna is ummmm radically different in emotional reactions to stimuli.
