There weren't any obvious "bad choices"... Kerry would get a bump no matter what... but out of all the candidates, Edwards is by far the easiest to negatively define...

I sure hope Condi runs for president in 2008. She is a very impressive lady. The liberal feminists and black leaders will have to bend over backward on that one. But of course they will find a way.

But they already HAVE gone after Cheney.

I guess Kerry and Edwards were duped by Bush and voted for the war. Says a lot about their intelligence.

Thanks. Your thoughts on either of these possibilities (not necessarily mutually-exclusive, but not naturally together):
- The Kerry-Edwards ticket, flush with sources of cash from Edwards' trial lawyer friends, skips the $75 million in public financing and thus avoids having to make that money last 6 weeks longer than Bush does.
- Something politically happens to the Ketchup-Breck ticket (either later this month before the convention, or in October after Bush spent most of that $75 million), and Hillary shows up in the picture.

Kerry just said that Bush sent troops into harms way and didn't tell Americans the truth. Oh here we go again. What a moron.

This is a convention speech. Kerry is going to reduce our dependance on mideast oil. I guess he means ANWR drilling is on?

This is the WORST rally I have ever seen. Look how bored those people look! They need Edward's charisma as much as hoping for N.C.
Kerry is so God awful boring that the VP candidate will get more face time than the "Big Kahuna".
To: Howlin
Alright, they have finally pushed me over the edge!! This is the last straw. CBS preempted Regis and Kelly for his announcement and NOBODY makes me do without my morning dose of Kelly!! I'm voting for Bush!!

Well, at least one no longer call has to call John Kerry "Flip-Flop" Kerry.
We now have a clear choice with a ticket containing both "Flop" and "Flip"!

No, Edwards was sitting at the kitchen table with his parents deciding where to go to college when sKerry j'ined up. That was from an earlier spat between the two of them. Campaign Carl said Edwards never attacked Kerry. Is this true?
