He now belongs to history. Pres. Bush said it well...While Ronald Reagan always believed that the best for America was yet to come, it is true that some of the "best for America" has now passed. We must soldier on, in Pres. Reagan's memory, keeping his convictions alive.

Yes, right before the casket is lowered into the ground the flag is removed, properly folded and presented to the spouse.
