I, too, was shocked by the ABC Radio use of the word "remains." To me, "remains" refer to cremated remains, or to a battlefield situation as you stated. I think "body" is a much better term.
You may want to keep the sound down. They're taking calls from people now. People calling on the democrap line are just intolerable at this point in time. They're intolerable at just about any point in time but especially now.
IF I hear Rather talk one more time of the JFK funeral, and the comparisons to Reagan I am going to kick in the TV!
Aaarrrggghhhhh!
I wish I thought you were joking........
Oh, MSNBC said "several thousand people have shown up at the Ellipse."
I cannot stand Matthews and going to wear out my mute button. I don't like Fox's split screen with Hume or Kondrake pictures -- we all know what they look like.
YO go girl for me in a tiny thought THANKS. I cant believe how overwhelmed I am. I knew it would be big but not this big. My son is finishing his homework so we can watch together. I told him be done by 6 LOL....
I have no idea why
Did he really?
No. But things don't change much in the funeral business. I remember all this from 30 years ago.
Someone on television echoed your thoughts the other day.
They said the caregivers of Alzheimer's patients become so secluded that they forget the rest of the world is out there.
The person thought that Nancy Reagan would be deeply comforted to know she isn't quite as alone as she thought she was.
Aha. Now I see your expertise.
He's normal, Howlin, worked in
funeral home all during college.
MSNBC just said that when the hearse arrives at the corner where the casket will be transferred from it to the other contrivance (I forget the word), Nancy Reagan might get out of the car.
"Clinton want a kegger and some broads."
Don't forget the pizza.
Hi dear,
Isn't it great we can all be together like this.
What a turn out for such a great man.
Wish I could be there , but this is pretty close, having
freepers on the spot!
I'll take some flowers and one can be from you!
GAG
CSPAN lady caller (and the leftist continue to whine) about Reagan not funding more AIDS money. That is the only gripe that can find. They are stretching to find anything to whine about.
Do we really need to hear McCain on CBS?
The constant attempts to find something negative to say about Reagan and the size of the crowds is very upsetting, isn't it?
I don't see conservatives trying to denigrate Kennedy in any way and we don't appreciate the leftists attempts to denigrate Reagan constantly. Even in his death, they just can't let up for a few days. Just a FEW DAYS!!!!
