Rumsfield saying criminal defense lawyers will say the hearings influenced criminal procedures..therefore they will not be forthcoming in a number of cases..but all people that haven't been in a coma know that.

Lieberman is being his old self..the is expressing how we feel,while wanting this punished and fixed..says no one apologized for the things done against our troops or those 4 citizens.
