SEATTLE Thousands of people protested gay marriage at a rally Saturday at the city's baseball stadium, facing hundreds of chanting, shouting counter-protesters outside.
The "Mayday for Marriage (search)" worship service and rally drew between 20,000 and 25,000 people from conservative Christian churches supporting traditional marriage, officials said. The protesters arrived by busloads at Safeco Field (search).

lol, there most definitely is a type of judicial anarchy here currently, I was just saying to be more clear to define your terms. there is a HUGE difference between judicial anarchy (meaning 'people in authority' ignoring the laws') and in real anarchy with a lack of laws and everyone having their way with things.

You guys and gals are having so much fun out there that I just might have to move.
All we had here was some boring primary race for the heart and soul of the party. ;-)

a "Gay youth invited to first "Pink prom" in a neighboring county.
Yeah the one for 14 to 20 year olds. I'm sure lots of sexually experienced 20-year olds can't wait to offer a bunch of sexually confused 14-year olds some "guidance". Adults wanting to do it is one thing - this kind of "mixer" should get the "adults" tossed in jail.

Yes, the media takes their usual jag past the truth. And it makes them look infantile. The Seattle times article today had more math that made you go back and reread the thing to see which side had the numbers.

The Seattle times article today had more math that made you go back and reread the thing to see which side had the numbers. The left isn't really very good at math or logic at all. They keep going on about 500,000 votes more for Gore than Bush and whine about stolen elections. No one has bothered to teach them about how the US government actually choses it's presidents.

They were very agressive-they got in your face, snarling and shouting- calling people bigots and homophobic.
You can expect to see more of this type of behavior from the homosexual community and their supporters in the future:

Enjoyed reading about it. However, the paper made it sound like thousands of queers were out protesting the event. Sickened my stomach.

"...the paper made it sound..."
Didn't it? Up north here, the Skagit Valley Herald ran the story Sunday; with photos, it took up about three-forths of a page (spread over two pages). The headline, all three photos, and probably 75 percent of the text was devoted to the number of gay rights protestors, what their signs and banners said, and a number of quotes and short interviews with some of them. Oh, also stuff about people calling Safeco Insurance to cancel policies, people returning Mariner tickets in protest and so on. Very little about the rally itself (I guess it wasn't it the REAL story?) and only a couple of quotes from rally attendees. Talk about your media bias.

How about some old fashioned tar and feathers for a few liberal jusges by a mad populace? Has to be too many citizens to prosecute though. If we can't stop these judges at the ballot box then they should be shamed in public.

Gayday for Marriage?!
Perhaps that title (I just made up) is symbolic of what the "lamestream media" would rather report. I'm also skeptical of the reported number of protesters at 1,500.
I purposely video documented the protesters inside the stadium as they paraded thru the corridor, back and forth. After careful analysis, it appeared the parade group numbered no more than 50. Also included were shots of another group of them seated in the section near third base. It seemed that not more than 50 were sat there at any given time - up until they left about 1:30PM. "Fuzzy math" tells me that 50 + 50 + (100 gays in the bathroom?) = "liberal" estimate of 200 in the stadium.
Outside estimate is anyone's guess, from my vantage at the main entrance at the NW corner of the stadium there were about 300 at 2PM. That number shrunk from 300 to no more than 200 at 3PM, which is when the "mass exodus" started. I did not view the other stadium exits, where there may have been many more protesters. However, I would guess the largest group number of protesters would mingle at what I know to be the main entrance at the NW corner.
There were so many creepy looking protesters on the NW corner of the stadium. One dude looked like a lady and a nun and a drag queen conveniently rolled into one queer. And these people are "proud"??? No, I'm not buying that since I believe these broken people are lost and may not find God. Some are so anti-everything related to Jesus that there may not be any hope for them since they probably curse him. One of their signs read, "Baby Jesus was Gay". These people displayed hate on their signs and in the manner and words they used to insult us.
Also, KING 5TV News devoted about 45 seconds to the Mayday for Marriage, however they gave "equal time" to the protesters which took away from the real news...I'm tired of the old news about gays being the victim. Right after that report they spent 38 seconds on the first "Pink Prom" dance in Snohomish county. There was NO opposing viewpoint included. hmmm...looks like us gay-bashing protesters took the day off. LOL

It dawned on me what a great tactical decision the date was too when I read an article by a frustrated lefty activist lamenting that all his friends had (commie-flavored)MayDay commitments already. Hehehe is right!

I love this headline. We get 25,000 attending the event, and 2000 protesters, and guess who gets the headline?
Oh well. 25/2 isn't that far off how large of a public opinion advantage we have on this. Unfortunately, the Courts don't care.
I have a feeling that this is gonna get worse before it gets better.

Do you remember the local tv station that reported the 1 to 3 ratio? If you do, I would like to know. I'm writing a report on the biased coverage. BTW, Yeah, that "New Math" that's being pushed can be scary! lol
