Comet Bradfield is plunging toward the sun; at closest approach on April 17th it will be well inside the orbit of Mercury. Sun-approaching comets sometimes break-apart. Will Comet Bradfield survive? No one knows.

Will this mean a greater chance for aurora's visible in lower latitudes? Uhhh... comets don't cause auroras... Coronal mass ejections do.

This is almost certain to usher in the next ice age in dramatic style. Hang on to your meatloaf.

Could it be visible to the eye or binocs? Probably viewable close to sunrise/sunset if at all.

Will Comet Bradfield survive? Sure, as long as it approaches the sun at night.
